Roody Souverain - RE Line Report
Refunds and Cancellation
How to stop paying, what happens to work you have already done, and when money comes back. Short, because it should be.

Cancelling takes two clicks
Open your account, choose to manage billing, and cancel. That opens the billing portal run by our payment processor, where cancellation is a button. There is no retention call, no form to fill in, and no notice period.
If you would rather a person did it, write to rsouverain@barthelemyholdings.com and we will cancel it for you and confirm by email.
What cancelling does, and does not do
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, because you paid for it.
Every report you have already created keeps working. The links stay live, they keep reading current data, and nothing is deleted. A report you sent a client is a document you gave somebody, and we are not going to break it because a card expired. That applies to agents whose clients hold those links as much as to anyone.
The free trial, and what happens when it ends
Every paid plan starts with a 7 day free trial, one per customer. We collect a card when you sign up and charge nothing during those 7 days.
When the trial ends the plan begins billing automatically, at the price shown on its card on the pricing page, unless you cancel first. Cancel at any point during the trial and you are never charged. Cancelling during a trial is the same two clicks as cancelling a paid plan, described at the top of this page.
Reports you build during a trial are yours. If the trial converts and you decide it was a mistake, the first charge after a trial is refundable in full: see the refunds section below.
Automatic renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the same price and interval until cancelled. Monthly plans renew every month, yearly plans every year. The price, the interval and the renewal are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout before any money moves, and the receipt for every renewal is emailed to you by the payment processor.
Florida law requires automatic renewal terms to be disclosed clearly and cancellation to be straightforward. Both of those are the reason this page is short and linked from checkout rather than buried.
Refunds
If something did not work, tell us and we will put it right. Specifically:
- A report that failed to build, or built against the wrong property because of a fault on our side, is refunded in full and does not count against your plan.
- If you were charged after cancelling, that is our mistake and it comes back in full.
- If you subscribed and have not generated a single report, write within 14 days and we will refund the period in full.
- If a free trial converted and you did not mean it to, write within 14 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full.
Beyond that, we do not refund a period you have used, and we do not refund unused reports in a period, because they do not roll over either. If you think your situation is unfair, write and say so. This is a small enough operation that a person reads it.
What we will not refund
We cannot refund a decision. If a report told you the data supported a lower number and the seller refused, or told you a range and the house sold above it, the analysis did what it said it would. Every report states plainly that it is not a valuation, not an appraisal and not a promise about what any property will sell for. Read the Disclaimer before you rely on anything here.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, everything keeps working for a short grace period while the card is sorted out, and you will see a notice in your account. If it is not resolved, the plan drops back to free. Nothing is deleted and, as above, links you have already sent keep working.
