Florida is not one housing market

Every guide here describes housing stock, amenities, geography and market conditions. None of them describes who lives in an area, and none of them suggests where anyone would or would not belong. That is not a stylistic choice. Steering buyers toward or away from neighborhoods based on the people there is a Fair Housing violation, and it is the fastest way for an agent to lose a license.
