Lee Vista is a set of established, amenity-rich communities in southeast Orlando between the Beachline and the airport. It is one of the metro's most convenient locations that still prices well below Lake Nona, and it sits directly under the airport's decade of expansion.

The detail
More about Lee Vista
Community amenities and housing stock
The Vista Lakes communities are built around a chain of small lakes with a central clubhouse, resort pool, tennis and a network of walking paths. Housing runs from condominiums and townhomes through detached single family homes, which makes this one of the easier places in Orlando to move up or down without leaving the neighborhood.
The airport is the economic story
Orlando International is in the middle of a multi-billion-dollar decade of capital work, including a terminal expansion that opened in 2026 and continuing airside construction. Brightline's Orlando station sits inside the airport's intermodal terminal. Lee Vista is close enough to benefit from the employment and access, far enough that it is not under the approach.
Getting around
SR-528 puts you at the airport in minutes and at the coast in about an hour. SR-417 connects north toward UCF and south toward Lake Nona and St. Cloud. Downtown Orlando is a straightforward drive up 436 or the 408.
